We are not medical providers, but caring companions who help you or your loved one stay active, independent, and socially connected — always with warmth, respect, and a personal touch.
Who is your founder?
James Garrett, the founder of Pop’s Pals, is a proud U.S. Army veteran with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University. With more than 20 years of experience caring for disabled adults, James has built a reputation for compassion, patience, and genuine connection. His lifelong dedication to helping others inspired him to create Pop’s Pals — a service focused on dignity, joy, and meaningful companionship for seniors and individuals needing a little extra support. James lives in Des Peres, Missouri, with his wife and their adult children, where he continues to serve his community with the same commitment and heart that guided his military and caregiving career.
